Well I turned yesterday into a semi eating day since I did some more exercise on the WiiFit when I got home. A large salad with Edemame and some cheese, and a chicken thigh definitely put me over my allotted ~500 calories. I think the hardest part is allowing for flexibility without guilt, while staying on track. But at least I didn't eat some of the cheesecake or chocolate almonds at work! They are still here though, and today's an eating day...
